• Spread hateful or illegal content
• Harass or bully others
• Distribute spam or malware
• Violate copyrights

4. User Content

You are fully responsible for content you create and share through Hrtly. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Hrtly offers premium features available for a one-time fee processed through Stripe. The following applies:

• 24-Hour Premium Pass costs $2.99 and provides unlimited access to all premium features
• Payment grants immediate access to premium service
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe
• No automatic renewal - one-time fee
• No refunds after Premium Pass activation

6. Limitation of Liability

Hrtly is not responsible for any damages arising from using the service. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By using Hrtly, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service. Hrtly branding, design, and code are our intellectual property.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under Czech law. Before legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve issues amicably.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the new terms.
